Invitation to Bid - Graff Field

Separate sealed bids for all scopes of construction at Laurel Public Schools, Graff
Elementary, will be received by Langlas & Associates, 2685 Gabel Road, Billings, MT
59102, until 2:00 PM MST on Thursday, April 24, 2025, and then publicly opened and
read aloud.

Planned work generally includes the complete demolition and removal of the existing
Graff Elementary School and the construction of softball and track facilities.

A bid must be submitted for Graff Fields per the Bid Package Descriptions.
The complete Invitation to Bid and Contract Documents may be accessed at all Builders
Exchanges in the State of Montana or electronically from Langlas & Associates’ FTP
site. Email jhub@langlas.com or marcusn@langlas.com for FTP address and
password.

A Prebid site walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, April 16th, @ 3:30 PM. Meet
outside Graff Elementary School.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids
specified above. Payment and performance bonds may be required at the discretion of
the Construction Manager and Owner. Refer to the bid documents.

The right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities, to
postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to
accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the
Laurel Public School District.
