*All NEW students must be registered through the Laurel Public Schools Administration Office. 

To obtain an enrollment packet, please visit us at:

Please bring the following items:

1. Student's Certified Birth Certificate (the official copy you received from the county)
2. Student's Current Immunization Record
3. Parent Photo ID -OR- Guardian Photo ID with proof of legal guardianship.
4. Proof of Address (typically a utility bill or piece of mail addressed to the parent/guardian)

All forms and documents listed above are required before an enrollment can be processed. Your child will be officially enrolled and able to attend school only after the registration process is complete.

 

Do you live outside our district boundary lines?
In addition to the documentation described above, out of district students are required to apply for out of district attendance by completing the Student Attendance Agreement form. Applications are subject to approval and tuition fees apply.
