To obtain a registration packet to enroll your child, please visit our Administration Office at:

*All NEW students must be registered through the Laurel Public Schools Administration Office.
In addition to a completed registration packet, the following items are required:
1. Student's Certified Birth Certificate (the copy you get from the courthouse)
2. Student's Current Immunization Record
3. Parent Photo ID (and Proof of Legal Guardianship if not parent)
4. Proof of Address (usually a utility bill or piece of mail addressed to the parent/guardian)
*Please bring these items with you to the Administration Office.
All forms and documents listed above are required before an enrollment can be completed. Your child will be officially enrolled and able to attend school only after the registration process is complete.
OUT OF DISTRICT STUDENTS: Do you live outside our district boundary lines? In addition to the documentation described above, out of district students are required to apply for out of district attendance by completing the Student Attendance Agreement form. Tuition fees are required.
