After working as an administrator in the Laurel schools for 18 years (1994-2012), I wanted to give back to the Laurel community a strong support and belief of how great our schools perform in educating our students. I am enjoying my retirement by working as a volunteer or board member for Montana Rescue Mission, Family Church, Mission Director for Mississippi Delta relief efforts, the Gideons, T.E.A.M. Mentoring (working in Montana State Prison) and the summer S.O.W. ministry (distributing M-F summer meals). I enjoy outdoor activities including horseback riding, four wheeling, raising chickens, and plowing snow with our tractor. Being originally from Minnesota, I love hockey (both playing and watching).
